Strategy.
Technology.
Adoption.
Three disciplines, one team, from roadmap to daily use. Most firms do one of the three. Our edge is the integration, because enterprise AI fails in the handoffs.
Book Your Verdo SequenceWhy all three, and why together
Across 1,250 companies in 68 countries, the field splits in two: most get little or no material value from AI, a few capture value at scale. The difference between the sides is not model quality: it is the wrong plan, POC theater, and shelfware. One pillar for each.

capture value at scale. That is where our clients live.
One team, no handoffs
Most engagements enter through the four-week Verdo Sequence (the Strategy pillar's front door): we map your organization's genome, put dollars on the map, and hand the board a roadmap it can fund. Production builds (the Technology pillar) start at the top of that list. The Adoption Program is not a phase at the end: it runs in parallel with the build, so people are fluent by the time the system ships. One team across all three, so nothing is lost in a handoff.
The full arc, including the Verdiom platform that powers discovery, lives on the How We Work page.
FAQ
Common questions.
Which Verdo pillar should we start with?
Almost always Strategy, through the four-week Verdo Sequence. Sequencing is the highest-leverage decision in AI transformation, and the Sequence produces the ranked, budgeted plan the other two pillars execute. If you already hold a credible roadmap, you can enter at Technology or Adoption after a scoping review.
We've already run AI pilots that went nowhere. Why would this be different?
Because pilots do not die of model quality. They die of the wrong plan, POC theater, and shelfware, and each of our pillars exists to remove one of those causes. The test: since your last pilot, which workflow actually changed? If the answer is none, nobody redesigned the work, and that is where the Verdo Sequence starts.
We already have Copilot and an internal AI team. What does Verdo add?
Keep them. Copilot and your internal team work on what your company has already written down. The Verdo Sequence maps what is not written anywhere: the exceptions, the judgment calls, the handoffs that live in people's heads. That map makes every tool you already own more useful, and it hands your team a ranked list of what to build next instead of a backlog of guesses.
Does Verdo take technology-only engagements?
Rarely, and deliberately so. A build without a prioritization case and an adoption plan is how enterprises end up with well-engineered shelfware, one of the three failure modes that keep companies out of the 5%. Verdo delivers transformations, not chatbots, and scopes engagements accordingly.
Is Adoption really a separate service, or just training?
Both. Adoption is its own discipline: benchmarked, role-specific, with fluency tracked before, during, and after. And it is also not separate at all, because it runs in parallel with the build, so people grow fluent while the system is being made rather than after it ships. That is how a $135B AUM fund's platform went from 22% to 94% daily adoption. The details are on the Adoption page.
After the four weeks, are we locked into Verdo for the builds?
No. The roadmap is yours: ranked, budgeted, and written so any competent team can execute it, including your own. Clients who keep us for the build do it because the team that mapped the genome arrives already knowing how the work actually runs (no discovery phase, no ramp-up invoice), not because a clause made them.
Where does our data live while you work with us?
In your cloud, under your permissions, from the first day of the Sequence to the last day of the build. We sit with your teams with their consent, and nothing we map or build leaves your environment. What moves between engagements is method: which patterns pay, which fail. Your data and your map stay yours.
Our systems are legacy and our data is messy. Do we need to fix that first?
No. Multiple ERPs, shadow spreadsheets, software older than your analysts: that is the normal starting condition, not a disqualifier. The Sequence maps which systems AI can actually reach, and that decides what gets built first. Not a two-year data project someone sold you as a prerequisite.
Is Verdo tied to a specific AI vendor or model?
Vendor independent, model agnostic, and paid by you, not by a platform we resell. We pick the model per workflow: the cheapest one that clears the quality bar, swapped when a better one ships. Everything runs inside your cloud on your stack, and when the honest answer is that a workflow does not need AI at all, we say that too.
